Lawyer's activity is a qualified legal assistance, being performed by a professional lawyer of the Bar. The fundamental objective of this assistance is representation and protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of the people and companies.

Lawyer of the Bar is a qualified specialist, endowed by Law with rights and obligations that are necessary to ensure fair and proper solution of the problems and tasks.

The basic rights of the lawyer are:

• The right to bring (start) a lawyer inquiry. The person, who received this inquiry has to respond to it in good order (properly);
• The right to collect all required evidences in favor of his Client;
• The Lawyer keep in secret all information, obtained from his Client and also information about client's application;
• The lawyer can't use information against his Client;
• All lawyer's activity has to be performed to satisfy Client is interests;
