Fixed Payment

The legal aid is given for the fixed payment in a case when single consultation is required to the Client, for example, single consultation on a question which volume is rather insignificant and in all probability can be predicted by the parties beforehand. Also the similar form of payment is applied at a summer residence of the written conclusions, preparation of contracts, documents.

Frequently, Clients prefer to use the similar form of payment at the first recourse to the Lawyer. The fixed payment, as a rule, is established as a making part of the common fee of the lawyer at his participation in litigations. Thus, the part of the fee is paid depending on an end result of the litigation.
